laser-cut-wedding-invitation

Gold shimmer and sparkle, with patterned flair? Who could resist? These stunning glam gatefold wedding invitations featured a custom laser-cut gate, that opened to reveal a simple and classic venue sketch. Antique gold tones and a key charm bring in some vintage style. A clean, minimal sketch with hand painted gold shimmer accents provides a perfect balance to the captivating and complex gate. A Greek key pattern frame ties all the pieces together. Our clients really wanted to set us a feeling of over-the-top glamour for their Versace-inspired vow renewal, and this invite definitely delivers! For another fun gatefold, check […]

I’m digging into the archives today with this one.   These images have been waiting patiently for some attention and today is the day!  Melissa was a dream – super creative with a strong aesthetic.  She was incredibly committed to her vision all the way through and it shows in every single image.  Second guessing decisions was never this Bride’s trait.   Melissa and Matt’s classic and romantic affair at Beaulieu Garden in Napa Valley is quite the breath of fresh air.  They returned to classic styling but with a bold palette and feisty spirit. All things begin with the invitation […]

Happy Birthday to me!  Feeling like I’m surrounded by the prettiest presents ever today since The Momental Girls have been painting their hearts out this week! Seriously though, I am feeling quite blessed today especially as l look around the room and dig into photos from our most recent projects.  We have come a long way and still have so much good ahead.  I’m proud to see what we  have created from the smallest moment of art to the biggest triumphs each season seems to bring.  Thank you ladies for being part of my life and making gorgeous art for […]

Kristyn’s invitation inspired so much about her wedding, even her marriage certificate.  I received a sweet email from Ann Martin a few months ago featuring these sweet images of a quilled marriage certificate.  Quickly I realized the design was inspired by our hand drawn chandelier!  Paper quilling is the art of using small strips of paper curled into pretty shapes.  The process is mind bogglingly tedious and requires tremendous patience and skill.     We love seeing our artwork translated into paper curls! A big thanks to Ann for sharing!  Calligraphy shown by Living Letters
