Key West Tropical Beachy Wedding Stationery

Celebrating a postponed wedding in Key West After over a year of delays due to COVID, Momental couple Madelyn and Jimmie were finally able to celebrate their wedding in Key West! We were so happy to see photos of their beautiful day, and wanted to share a few here. Originally planned to be in the Bahamas, then sadly rescheduled twice, it was quite a long wait with many ups and downs to get to this day. Looks like it was worth it though! Classic Momental watercolor peonies and blooms were chosen for the save the date and invitation, as well […]

Indigo Blue Stationery at Estancia Culinaria

When we were asked to participate in a shoot at the lovely Estancia Culinaria venue in Florida, of course we jumped at the opportunity. It’s a rustic-elegant setting, offering a perfect backdrop. We love how it all turned out and are so excited to share these images with you! Especially that contrast between the casual and inviting outdoor setting and the abstract, artistic stationery pieces… it all came together perfectly. While many softer shades were used in the florals, the overall color theme was “indigo blue” and we could not wait to design a stationery suite to celebrate this beautiful […]

Bold but whimsical Flamingo Birthday Invitations… it hardly gets any more fun! For a special celebration in a new home, we illustrated the house, but added fun flamingos and tropical banana leaves for some Florida flair. Who wouldn’t get excited for this party?! Gold mirror cardstock, gold painted highlights,  and raw silk ribbon in fuchsia add some extra glam and sparkle, too. Here’s another fun example of these iconic banana leaves, it’s a classic tropical element.

What a dramatic first impression when this watercolor wedding invitation is taken out of the envelope… the beautiful, old world Spanish style gates that open to reveal an airy watercolor landscape framed with bright fuchsia blooms. With a venue full of so much historic character, not much needed to be added to make these pieces shine. Lily chose letterpressed text in gray on soft, luxurious cotton cardstock, and accented with Momental touches of shimmer flair. Nothing else could have complimented the scene better. Watercolor and letterpress were meant to be together.

There is one conference and meeting of the minds that I’ve attended consistently for the last 8 years…I’ve blogged inspiration and my “speaker sketches” time and time again from Engage! THE Wedding Business Summit.  And do you know why I continue to return again and again, besides the fact that each summit is held at the most stunning properties? The people friends, the people. {Over the years I’ve met and made lifelong friends and this is a big deal for someone as shy as me!  Engage! can look flashy and fancy and wow, AND it is all those things, but […]
