Believe it or not, it’s that time of year again… time to start thinking about what custom watercolor holiday cards we’ll create this year, of course!
We’ve done many different types over the years, but there are a few classics that we and our clients love.
Watercolor house illustrations are always popular, and we can dress them up with holiday bling for the season, too! This is great for families who have moved or hit that first-time homeowner milestone. Or, we can illustrate a wintery landscape with seasonal snowmen, ski equipment, wildlife, you name it.
Of course, painted family and pet portraits never go out of style.
Another popular option incorporates some of our festive watercolor details embellishing a photo or photos of the family. These make a lovely choice to send a New Year’s greeting too.
We always have a couple special projects that go above and beyond, like our custom made Advent calendar with a tiny window for each day leading up to Christmas. Last year, we created a tiny recipe booklet with adorable, mouth-watering cookie illustrations, mailed in a little box.
It’s true, there are still a few holidays before we get to the big one BUT… we’re always booked for Christmas cards, so reach out if you’re ready to start working on one!
