I don’t know about you, but I could certainly use a little retreat.  Warm sun and breezes would be so…well you know, right about now.  So sit back, take a deep breath to get lost if only for a moment in these Tropical Inspired Wedding Invitations and save the dates.  I can almost hear the waves crashing… First are Seema’s bold and bright Watercolor Save the Dates honoring the majestic beauty of St. Lucia landscapes. Next are Rachel’s Bird of Paradise Wedding Invitations where burlap textures and abstract elements combine to create quite the impression! Each pouch was free hand […]

All my Florida friends, have you seen the latest issue of Weddings Illustrated?  Well, guess who has a lovely little feature?  So thrilled and honored to see our “Underwatercolor” Wedding Invitation suite highlighted! You may recognize this suite from a Real Momental Wedding seen on Style Me Pretty just a short time ago… I styled a new shot of the entire suite in all it’s watercolor loveliness!  For Kristin we designed invitations of course, in addition to seating cards, programs, menus and table names. The painted dots seen throughout are my favorite detail.  They give each pieces such life! Thanks […]

Well, the time is finally here.  After over a year of planning two celebrations to for our 10th anniversary renewal, the PA party invitations are finally on their way to guests.  Being a lover of all things paper, I took every opportunity possible to infuse hand painted, handmade paper goodness into this event.  From the hand painted letterpress save the dates, painted landscape Utah ceremony invites to now my beloved novel invites, no painted or paper detail was left overlooked. Jessica Claire wowed everyone last year with her cutaway, sewn and letterpressed book invitations.  She lovingly hand picked books for […]

Chelsie Anderson of Tree Line Photography captured these spectacular images – I visited the blog and could have browsed for hours. Be sure to stop by to see further into Angie and Ryan’s day. When Angie first contacted me she loved the impact of our big blooms collection but none of the illustrations seemed to fit the warm, color saturated look she was planning. I suggested the Dahlia and went to work on this watercolor piece. The Dahlia was carried throughout the day onto table numbers and programs. My favorite shot! […]

Christy emailed me early this year and was just loving my simple bride and groom illustration. She requested a personal twist however – the addition of her beloved Golden Retriever Ginger. Thus Christy and Ted’s very personal invitation design was born! We created a simply elegant gatefold design with a focus on materials and artwork. I especially love the linen ribbon in the perfect shade of green and the sheer shimmer hand-painted accents on the illustration that catch the light beautifully. Christy and Ted were married at Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach, California. As you can see […]
