Handmade custom invitations & stationery

So I have a story for you and not the kind of story you might expect to hear after I’ve been at a fabulously orchestrated, glam conference in Las Vegas.  As on onlooker you may think our days are filled with all that is beautiful, creative and just plain wonderful.  I must admit, I have pinch-me moments often as my job, the way I make a living and support my family in most ways is a dream.    BUT, there are some days that try the soul.  Last Saturday was one of those days for me. A stationers worst nightmare came […]

Sharing this wedding was a long time coming, but hopefully worth the wait.  Elizabeth Messina is an icon in our industry.  One who has the gift and magic of capturing light through her lens.  She seizes time and crystallizes heartfelt moments with a click and the charm of her gifted eye for composition.  When our bride Veronica mentioned she splurged on photography, I knew we were all in for something incredible. Crystal has an eye for traditional details but mixed with our painterly invitations, her event will certainly inspire! Coral Peonies, Golden Frame Floral Wedding Invitation, Papers, Hand Painted Wedding Invitations, Elizabeth Messina, Peony Bouquet Amy Osaba

I am inspired daily by their ideas and perspectives and am grateful for the design challenges every new project offers. This week I began work on two samples for Claire and Yvette. Both brides wanted an ultimately elegant and classic invitation but with the personality and flair of my artwork and hand-painted details. Claire’s vineyard inspired event led me to create a more detailed illustration of ripe grapes on the vine while Claire’s winter bouquet of jasmine called for a simple silhouette […]
