Today is the final look at Brooke and Christopher’s charming wedding in North Carolina.  Last week I shared stunning shots from their ceremony at Luola Chapel and flowers by A Beautiful Event by Wendy Wright.  Today is a look at Brooke’s Big Bloom Wedding Invitation and three of my most favorite images by Bella Rose Photography.  This chapel image is perfection for me.  The creamy green walls, whitewashed trim, grand windows and simple chandelier paint the perfect backdrop for this sweet ceremony. Brooke fell in love with the first invitation sample I created.  My sketchy peonly flooded with shimmering pinks […]

I have already decided that this wedding need a part three because there are truly too many gorgeous shots to share.   For today a teaser of the stationery seems appropriate…  From the Brooke’s elegant font choice (Ministry) to a mindful use of various artwork elements throughout, the stationery was exquisite (I’m biased).  Ceremony programs in a tri-fold format held just the right amount of info and gave us an opportunity to infuse a touch of hand painting into the ceremony. Brook infused her sophisticated style throughout this classically styled celebration.  I am dying over those Kate Spade shoes with […]

Brooke was one of the sweetest Bride’s ever; always calm and trusting and incredibly appreciative of the art we created for her wedding.  A soft palette of blush, navy and touches of antique gold suited the romantic vibe of her day.  If you recall the movie A Walk to Remember you will instantly recognize the chapel.  Luola Chapel in Winnabow, North Carolina nestled on The Orton Plantation was the perfect backdrop for Brooke and Christopher’s picturesque wedding celebration. Perhaps the most magical detail of their day was the time of year.  The chapel was surrounded by lush, seasonal blooms like […]

Michelle got in touch months ago after seeing this feature on Green Wedding Shoes.   Our Vintage Lacy Tree Collection caught her eye and was the perfect way to introduce guests to the Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu, CA, where all the wedding festivities  will be held.  As Michelle’s design evolved, so did her enchanting color palette.  We began with navy and sage green which built gradually into, navy, copper, shimmery whites, greens and a hint of lavender. When it came time to vision the day-of accessory items Michelle gave me full reign.  Her palette again evolved to include rich jewel tones […]
