Whether taking inspiration from the strong lines Art Deco architectural details or the timeless style of Doris Day, Desla Couture is all about the luxe side of life.
Shredded chiffon, vintage bobbles and cracked crystal embellish everything from gloves to capes.
From the Avant Garde bib necklace dripping with smokey gray and black crystals to the most delicate feathered brooch, it’s any girl’s dress-up dream.
Desla incorporates vintage elements along with textural netting overlays for a rich and eclectic vibe.
Their details became pattern and while Jess was trying on her favorites in the Desla booth, my head was buried in a sketchbook.
Bursts of detail, big contrasts, shimmering, jeweled moments could most definitely be inspiring my next pattern.
