A Peek into the Studio – An Artful Celebration at Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu, CA

Michelle got in touch months ago after seeing this feature on Green Wedding Shoes.   Our Vintage Lacy Tree Collection caught her eye and was the perfect way to introduce guests to the Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu, CA, where all the wedding festivities  will be held.  As Michelle’s design evolved, so did her enchanting color palette.  We began with navy and sage green which built gradually into, navy, copper, shimmery whites, greens and a hint of lavender.

When it came time to vision the day-of accessory items Michelle gave me full reign.  Her palette again evolved to include rich jewel tones of fuchsia, coppers, golds and greens.  Elements from her invitation design were used throughout in addition to our Lacy Leaves pattern added in here and there.

I LOVE the custom table number cards!!!  5 complimentary designs will alternate from table to table.

And of course, a “love is sweet” sign to swag over the goody table!!

A huge thank you to Michelle for trusting us to bring your vision to life.  Also a shout out to Holly and Jill who both collaborated with us to ensure every last detail is perfect for Michelle and Jon’s celebration!

So what am I up to?

The single sheet program is to the left and tri-fold to the right.

We added more purple and experimented with a new pattern for the wrap!

So I had fun with this!  I added a folder tag and patterned wrap.  The invitation now features an additional border in a more vibrant purple!

Melanie’s original design combination was my favorite so I am thrilled you are going in this direction.  The Pocketfold® wrap is so sweet!

I just adore this stationery collection, the color palette is so soft and pretty.  Everything is coming together beautifully!

Angel is so cute, she has become a studio favorite!

The version with the pattern paper is my favorite!  The soft peach and ivory palette is so gorgeous.

Another idea is to feature only the tree on the program and not the fox if you want to keep him as a little surprise for the reception?  Either way I love how your collection has unfolded!

The addition of more pink is so fun!

Could the fox be any cuter – what a great idea….I might make him a bit smaller next time around, thoughts?

It is so good to see this artwork on your menus, programs and seating cards – like it was meant to be!

Lovely, lovely.  I experimented with a very new linen shimmer pattern stock that matches perfectly with the gold invitation and tag border!

I think this embellishment detail is just perfect for your invitation!

I went with a classic palette of blush, ecru and smooth and textured ivory.  The ribbons colors can be alternated for meal choice and the program is a tri-fold style which accommodates a moderate amount of information.
