A Peek into the Studio – White and Gold Holiday Inspired Wedding Invitations
Dianne contacted us not too long ago which is why we are so jazzed about the custom pieces created for her in such little time. With a late December wedding, she knew a Holiday look was the goal. After discovering this invitation she was in love. Bold white blooms with rich cranberry centers all set against a gold linen backdrop – Holiday heavenly!
When it came time for the programs, menus and more, the excitement was building. We added a layer of sheer shimmer over the opaque white painted blooms, a detail not see on the wedding invitations.
Texture was key and Envelopments Raw Silk Gold stock could not have played better with this color palette and painting technique.
The custom table name cards showed off the Holiday Blooms in their full glory!

Talavera Pottery Inspired Wedding Invitations
Lovely chat with Maricelle today has me literally giddy about design. Mexican Talavera Pottery is at the heart of what makes Maricelle visual tastebuds tick! Whimsical pattern in vibrant earth tones mix with watercolor-esque glazing techniques to create an iconic look that is so very recognizable. I’ll be creating a Momental interpretation of Talavera paired with bountiful roses and white Cattleya orchids!
