My Story is Art – Trellis Pattern for Envelopments, The Scene

If you missed yesterday’s post, head over here and get caught up!  Today I’m sharing what one blog reader called “Momental Land”.  Trellis pattern by Envelopments inspired an entire scene filled with custom upholstery, a romantic makeup vanity and custom chandeliers.  The Trellis pattern has the unique ability to transcend paper and inspire well beyond correspondence. To show Trellis’ true design impact and versatility,  I envision it in a lifestyle space where walls are covered, chairs are upholstered and pillows are stuffed.

Sullivan Owen crafted these lofty arrangements inspired by the open weave of Trellis.  Poppies, jasmine, sweet pea, branches and vines did the trick!

Maggie of Maggpie Vintage, ya know the vintage rental mecca in Pennsylvania, well guess what?  They upholster too.  Trellis found another home with heavy cotton fabric on a pretty wingback chair.  This piece brought me to tears when I saw it.  Cheesy I know, but it was the realization of a dream coming a little bit true.  Someday I hope to have a textile collection…if you hadn’t guessed 🙂

A sweet vanity scene because…well, who doesn’t want to get prettied up or write a love letter next to the most gorgeous Tangerine Tango-esque flowers?  Oh and a custom neckroll pillow in orange Trellis….yum.

Smart Boutonnieres…

An aerial view…

A Paloma’s Nest Ringbearer Bowl® sketched with a Trellis bloom and then painted in white.  More please Caroline.  I want to paint more of your pretties.

Hand painted cakes on a couch make me smile.

Maggpie’s collection of lamshade skeletons went to good use.  Jessica spent daaaayys hand cutting trellis blooms!

Possibly my favorite shot of the day.

Natalie of Birdhouse Productions gives a dynamic perspective on the spirit of the Envelopments Trellis pattern; fresh, artful and sincere.

More soon on all the stationery moments!
