We love working with international clients! Some of our best work has been shipped to clients in the United Kingdom, Australia, Italy, Canada, Greece, Brazil, Germany, Hong Kong and beyond. Of course, there are some details that need to be considered when working with varying languages, international shipping and long distances. Below is some information to help you anticipate the process and clarify certain steps along the way.
The design process remain the same – simple! Scheduling a time to chat via phone is still preferred. If you prefer email correspondence, no problem. We have completed the entire design and production process via email exclusively and feel confident with this method.
Printing in another language – not to worry! We can print stationery in pretty much any language. However, we cannot assist in proofreading in other languages, instead we ask that you email us your desired text as a word document or pdf exactly as you wish it to appear. Please note line breaks, and ensure the text you send is proofread by several people before sending to us.
International shipping is easy! We are very accustomed to the international shipping process and know exactly how to package, label and prepare an order for international delivery. Shipping costs and time in transit can vary, but we have found packages shipping to most European destinations arrive in approximately 2-3 business days. UPS Global Express is our preferred international shipping method, due to their competitive cost and reliable service.
Many of our international clients inquire about potential customs fees on their packages. While Momental Designs ships international packages regularly, we cannot be responsible for any customs fees applied to a package or calculating these costs for each client prior to shipping. All customs fees, if applied, are the responsibility of the client.
