I need my invitations in 1 month - is this possible?

If Kristy's schedule permits rush orders are certainly welcome...Once a design is finalized it typically takes no more than 2 weeks to complete an order.  Please contact Kristy with your ideas so she can begin the design process and get you on the way to your dream invitations!

Do you have a catalogue?

Momental is based upon completely customized service.  You can view designs I’ve created for others on my website, but you will never be limited to a specific catalogue of designs from which to choose.  Your design can be completely customized to your likings and to the style of your day.

How do I place an order?

With your input, I create a design for you to approve.  Once the design process is finalized, I will provide you with a final invoice detailing all aspects of the project. Once the invoice is reviewed, final payment is due at your earliest convenience.

Momental accepts checks, cash and Paypal payments for your convenience. 

How do I pay?

Kristy works with Brides across the country and has found the following payment process to proceed easily:  A $100.00  deposit is required to hold your space in Kristy's schedule and is then applied towards your final order.  Kristy then creates as many samples as necessary to perfect your design before you place your final order.  Once a design is finalized a 50% payment is required.  Before final delivery the remaining balance is due.  All payments can be mailed or paid via paypal.

What shipping methods do you use?  How do you pack your items?

At Momental, UPS is the preferred shipping choice, however if you feel more comfortable with an alternate carrier please inquire.  Insurance for the purchased amount is required on all shipments.  Kristy personally packs every box shipped to her customers and extreme care is taken to ensure your items arrive perfectly.

 How can I determine what I would pay for a certain design?

The prices listed in the portfolio are specific to the designs pictured, but can give you a good idea of general pricing. If you have a specific design in mind, it is best to contact Kristy and discuss your unique elements as I can then give you a quote for the specific design we discuss.

How is the artwork created on each design?

The designs are usually somewhat complex and virtually impossible to hand draw on hundreds of individual pieces.  For most designs, the original artwork is scanned and reproduced onto your chosen paper.  Hand-painted accents are then added to the printed design.  Kristy most often uses gouache, watercolor, shimmer inks and acrylic.

 Do you offer calligraphy?

Kristy does not offer calligraphy services at this time, however modern calligraphy is available for your envelope addressing needs!

 Does your printing method produce raised lettering?

Not at this time, however please inquire if you are interested in Thermography or Letterpress printing methods.

 How much time is needed to complete an order? 

The time needed to complete the order will depend on its size as well as its complexity.   It is best to schedule as early as possible to allow for ample design, review, and revision time.

I have purchased your note cards at craft shows, do you offer them for sale online? 

Not at this time, but please contact Kristy if you are interested in her line of everyday stationery!
