A Real Momental Wedding – A Pink and White Irish Wedding

“She’s a good girl and he’s a genuinely good guy who loves her so much…”   These words, from Carolynne and Mark’s photographer describe this sweet couple perfectly.  I’ve been waiting for the perfect time to share this wedding.  A humid day in Pennsylvania where the air is thick with late summer seems in need of  a little light and fresh…these wedding images from Paula O’Hara, are just what we need today.

From the Bride:

What was your inspiration or your colors and/or theme?

I wanted my overall wedding to be elegant, soft & romantic. With a slightly modern take on vintage with inspiration from my Pepe Botella satin & lace dress & new I wanted my overall theme to be sophisticated so I could look back at my photos in years to come & still appreciate the beauty of the details. Therefore I choose the soft palette of blush pink & ivory.

How did your stationery play a role in your wedding?

The stationery played a huge role in our wedding. The invites most definitely set the tone for the day. They were just completely stunning and commented on by everyone.  They evoked the stylish yet elegant theme I wanted my wedding to have which was then complimented perfectly by the orders of service, table numbers & guest book. With such a soft color palette and theme the artwork of the stationary stood out drawing attention to its beauty and therefore adding to the beauty of the whole day. The simple addition of the pearls and rhinestones perfectly matched my jewelry & added an eye-catching dimension to all the items.

Tell us about the one thing you would not change about your wedding, and what is the
one thing you would change if you could?

I don’t think I would change anything about my wedding as to me (as I am sure with every bride) it was my perfect day. Def wouldn’t change the Groom! lol!  The one thing I would change if I could was I would wish the day longer to spend even
more time with my guests and those people we love on such a special day for us.

Much love to Carolynne and Mark and thank you for allowing us to be a part of your day. XO
