We had fun creating the lace artwork!
I reduced the use of pink overall and the lace this time is much closer to Alencon! Shading was added to the church illustration and feathers for more depth and drama.
The inspiration photo you sent was perfect. It really drove my choices in paper and more. I did not have the Alencon lace in stock but used a good substitute for now. I created an ostrich feather illustration, very sketchy like the new Camellia sketch. Cloghan church is illustrated in much the same way.
