Hybrid Landscape
Lately it seems I work all weekends! Today I am fine tuning a design that has been in progress for weeks. A bride contacted me with a very specific request. She wanted me to create a visual story depicting two hybrid landscapes of Washington D.C. and New York City.
The couple is getting married in Jamaica and wanted the imagery on their invitation to look as though they walked from their home cities to the beaches of Jamaica. Above is a peek at the finished look.

Spring Anyone?
Well here in Northeast PA we were hit hard with mother nature’s white blanket – yes, I mean snow! For me however, I have enjoyed the day indoors creating my own spring.
This invitation was inspired by an April bride who wanted her invites to speak of nature and new beginnings. I created this bird nest, with that in mind.
Today I added shimmer accents of sage green and pale aqua. A refreshing color palette in large contrast to the view out my window…
Stay warm!

Wild Ride – 50th Anniversary Invites
I had such fun with these invites. The 69 Cutlass featured in this design was a favorite of the couple this party is honoring. They tell me that many Sunday drives were enjoyed in the car over the years.
I just love creating invites that have a story like this. The invitation then goes beyond paper and words. It becomes a reflection of personality and memories.
