Road Trip Part 2 – Four Winds in Rhinebeck NY!
Another favorite shop in Rhinebeck is Four Winds. They have an amazing selection of hand-picked items. The owners take regular trips throughout Southeast Asia too find unique accessories and furnishings. You can find everything from cool coasters to a hand-carved mahogany daybed. Everytime I visit I spend at least an hour and always leave with something irresistable. This time I found a gourgeous stamp…you can see the finished look above. Thank You Four Winds!

Samples, Samples, Samples!
It has been crazy so far this year in the studio. Sample requests galore and new orders are keeping me gleefully busy! This is the newest design I am working on for a save-the-date card. Just a hint of my ever popular lacy floral is seen in the bottom right corner.

Bijou Graphique Jewelry
I have been wearing this jewerly for years and have developed quite a collection… I am even an official collector on their site!
“Bijou Graphique was started in 1995. Since that time, artists Dawn Estrin and George Wilson have combined forces to create a unique vision of what jewelry can be. The artists have lived and worked together for twenty years, both exploring many mediums and materials. Their work together reflects a common interest in themes such as art, romance, and humor.”
I own close to twenty pieces from their classic collection. Above are two of my favorites! Each piece features photography and classic imagery and a combination of sterling silver and semi-precious stones.
Each time I wear a piece I get loads of compliments – check out Bijou Graphique soon. Recently the Fantastique collection was expanded to include “The Wise Old Owl” design.

“Funky Finds”
I am today’s Funky Find on a great blog featuring the work of independent artists and designers. I checked my email today to find out I was featured on this very cool blog! Definitely take a look. My eyes have really been opened to the wealth of talented independent business owners out there. We all should support these talents and always shop indie!

Welcome to the studio! My name is Kristy Rice and I work alongside six fantastic friends-artists-designers who help me bring the Momental Experience to Brides all over the world.
